There is this awesome thing about Minorities and Population, where, minorities have less numbers in our total population than the rest. That graph doesn't prove anything because the states that have the highest population have a white ancestry as the primary, but most likely still have more black people in that area than those 8 states themselves do. Without the numbers that map means jack shit. Not to mention 500,000 German, 500,00 English, and 500,000 Italians and then 550,000 Black people means that it will show that state as light blue. (Just as an example of how off that map can be)
