Stop it frog, just stop.
But they don't denounce them either. Silence is consent.
Similarly, why do minorities still stand for affirmative action? I've seen (though not been personally affected) ridiculous favoritism of minorities and women in corporate America. My opinion is because it has nothing to do with equality or fairness and everything to do with personal gain.
Stop it frog, just stop.
I have passed on hiring very well qualified white males to hire people who have treated the job like they treat themselves, very shitty.
It breaks my heart to tell a 21 year old college grad no so I can hire a 30 year old guy who manages to call off twice in his first 2 weeks on the job. It's terrible.
Affirmative action is yet another social program that doesn't work but is kept around by the Democrats so they can fool minorities into thinking that they give a damn about them. I hope the voters wake the fuck up one day.
True story, I had to fire a guy my first week he was on the job. I recruited someone I used to work with who was both effective and able to take my job someday for the position (that's what you want) I was told NO. I have to give 75 grand to a fella who has had count them 5 jobs in 4 years, because that's the rule.
Fuck that noise.
Of course. There are socio-economic conditions that lead to white children getting a lot more personal interaction with their parents, reading to them, teaching them things at a young age. I'm sure you had some little block puzzle where you lined up shapes as a kid, and I'm sure you know that not everyone did.
Blacks especially have a lot of single parent households and that alone will greatly limit the amount of time parents spend teaching their kids things like this.
White kids are also more likely to have access to video games, some of which build these skills as well. You think you never get better at Tetris with practice?
When my company was moving jobs off-shore, every woman and minority that was affected had to be reviewed by HR, but white men were free to be whacked without any stipulations.
