How did I fuck up? You said an X-ray machine, an MRI is not an X-ray machine, it does not emit or use any x-rays. A standard x-ray machine does not cost a million dollars and needs someone with an EPA licence to run it.

I am going to assume that personel hiring and capital procurement for medical institutions is not something TNL has a ton of real world experience in. And that's not a bad thing, trust me.
