I know it's mostly live action, but Pete's Dragon has always been one of my fave Disney movies. It definately doesn't get the recognition it deserves.
I'll also add my love to The Rescuers Down Under. I remember watching it in awe as a kid because the animation was so amazing. The scene where the truck is going over a jump nearly made me pee my pants because it looked like a live action shot.
