5) Dragon Quest VIII- started a long, long time ago, but never got anywhere. So, i'm restarting it.

So here's my off. ratings

garhipix- 4.3- Rilly good, but his legs don't chnrage wehn he's going up hills!
gamerpolay- 1.0- I mean, it's dargon quest, like, his the fcikers til they die, rite? lol
story- 9.0- It's a lot alike chasinng Sefiroht in final fantisy vii, it's good!
yangus- 11!- Yangus is the most fantastic thing about any Dragon Quest ever.
overall- 11!- bcasue of yangus

Took a friend of mine retro shopping this past weekend so we broke out some classics...

Demon Front (PGM) - picked up a reasonably priced copy, really well done Metal Slug clone, probably will sit down with it this weekend

Dragon Ninja (FC) - aka Bad Dudes, was hoping he would say something crazy in Japanese but all I got was I'M BAD!!!

Gremlins 2 (FC) - still can't surpass Fester's Quest for difficulty....friend gave up after awhile

Mad City (FC) - beatable version of Bayou Billy, nothing beats hitting people on the head with sticks and heavy impact groin kicks

Silpheed (PC88) - the original (before Mega CD), amazing that they were able to get polygons out of an 8-bit PC but the game ate my disk drive after level 1.....

Coleecovision Ninja Gaiden kicks all kinds of ass. It's the second best game with the exception of ladybug.

Coleco Mario Galaxy still sucks.

This game rules for real. I can't think of a better movie-based game. No, not Batman.

15. Punisher (Genesis) - Was going through the list and never knew this one existed. Beat it on easy mode but the game stops after 3 levels, so I don't count it. Went back to normal mode and got nearly to the end of level five before getting game over. Fun game though, I'll try it again sometime soon.

Found out a Tales of Phantasia patch for PSX now exists, so I'll be playing that sometime soon probably too!
