That's wrong #1. But we've been over that. Wrong #2 is paying a fee to Jackson Hewitt, which is basically paying them interest. So the net is that you gave the government a loan and then paid someone else interest on your money.If the 1040EZ didn't get you as much, use the real 1040. I did my taxes in like 30 minutes. Of course, I'm not paying the government what I owe them until April 15, so I get the most interest on my money.
