The 4400 just got canned. It was a good show, not great, but not terrible. Sadly the last few episodes were the best so far with Tom becoming one of the Marked and his subsequent redemption.
Miracles was another show that got Monday Night Footballed out of existence. Could have been really good but never even got a chance.
Agreed with Sledge Hammer, Arrested Development, The Critic and Clerks.
Space Above and Beyond.
Jericho almost got canned. Thank god for the huge fan base that pushed it in for a short, but 2nd season.

I actually just watched the Firefly pilot tonight, my friend has the season. It was fantastic.
Also I bought the critic when John Luvitz punched Andy Dick in the face. Great show.
Also I was thinking of tracking down the episodes of the animated clerks series.
All tonight, all before I read this thread. Go figure.
Agreed on Journeyman. Fresh Gear, Screensavers, and Extended Play from ZDTV come to mind. I realize "X-Play" is technically Extended Play, but they changed it from game coverage for adults to game coverage for retards. I'm sure it's safe to say all those shows got screwed.
I wasn't a fan right away, but ended up liking Futurama and wish that was still on the air. It went for 4 years, but obviously got screwed. Also no one has mentioned Chappelle's Show. Shafted by its own creator.
