I have trouble wearing high heels that don't have some sort of strap on them because the heel of my foot always slides out when I walk and it's just uncomfortable and hard to wear... does this happen to any of the other ladies here?

That or I have to wear a mule/slide.

I have 5 pairs of great jeans, about 10ish nice T-shirts. I have 2 nice button down shirts, a leather jacket and an aviator jacket.

I wear all but one pair of the jeans, and whatever I feel like regardless of whether I am going out or not, because at this point i really just dress for myself.

Are you sure youre getting the right size shoe? No really, I mean it. Some people wear the wrong size and never know it.

You could try those sticky insoles. I havent, but theyre supposed to help.

I looooove the 3 piece suit. Its a classic that seems to be lost these days. I say go gray over brown, as the tan suit is so overdone. But dont forget to leave the bottom button on your coat undone!

I do have some of the insole things, but they don't seem to help. I think my problem is is that my feet are about a half-size different (which I never noticed til I got heels) so the shoes are either too small and cramped or too tight.
