That's the problem. I don't know what is right. I am the project. I don't know how it actually happened. The fact that I am conversant and capable of critical thought meant I won by default. I just walked through the door. This wasn't even the job.
Before you know it I was...I dunno. People are just too cheap to hire an actual project manager. I am not a project manager. I don't know if that means I failed or didn't fail. I literally have no idea what happened.
So I go in tomorrow and keep pushing. "We're getting close"....again to which I say, "To what?"
There is no management here. I read articles online. It reminds me of that Forbes (I think it was Forbes) article that was like, "WELL IF I WAS POOR I'D GO TO THE LIBRARY AND USE THE PC AND BE SMART". Your healthy office steps and project management steps work in places where that stuff is taken somewhat seriously.
