No honestly if you play it on easy mode you'll get bored. It's just some times when learning what new enemies do, they'll kill your main character without you having a real chance to defend, thus game over. Especially when Mudo skills first come out every time they cast it you go "please god, don't hit me, please got, don't hit me, FUCKING MOTHER FUCK GOD DAMNIT ONE MORE FLOOR TO GO FUCK 30 MINUTES FUCK"

With the PS1 RPG thread, this game suddenly reminds me a lot of Azure Dreams. Anybody remember that one? You were some red-head dude who would go into a really tall tower and kill things and by day you'd be in your hometown macking on chicks and improving the neighborhood.

I'm definitely rehooked to this game again. I'm at about 12 hours in and have a hard time pulling myself away from it. I got a Chivalrous shirt (one of the change costume shirts) but died and lost it

Yup. PC or modded PSX. How you play it is up to you, works on both.
It's only 60% complete, but most of that has been done since December, so I'd expect it to be done well before the end of the year. The hacker has a reputation for doing the impossible and doing it quickly.
