we just reached the part in the demo movie. I had no idea it was that far into the game.

Anyway, beat it. definitely better than the first one, the first one probably seems more enjoyable because it was new, and because of the Berserker sequences. There's no way the first one beats this one.

The body count in this one is ridiculous. I think I killed 1400 dudes in one playthrough. Probably more. The dialogue and story are TERRIBLE though. Way worse than the first one, which is hard to do.


I feel that the first one required more tactics somehow...a lot of areas in 2 are just a big open space, and you've almost always got a competent long range weapon....so boom.

The dialog is hilarious. Coles' tirade into the hive PA system is like the greatest thing I've ever heard.

Netwurked wants 5 shots in the boom since he tend to be the Razor of boom.

That wont matter, it generally takes only 1 out of the 3 current shots to kill myself.

Indeed we did, that was some good times. Level 50 seemed pretty easy the second go-around. We had a good spawn and the mortar just blasted dem foos away. I can see us playing horde again soon. Win.

Thanks to Bacon tho for being the sacrificial lamb by lowering the laser gates all the time.
