I couldn't find a definitive answer on the Gears forums but what I did find is that player lists are back to 5v5 with the cringe still in effect since it is a server side adjustment. Rag doll effect still remains in private games until the next TU.

5v5 + No smoke rape = Win.

I just hope they keep it way.
