So the first screenshots of the Backbone/Llamasoft-developed XBLA port have come out.

It looks just fine. Unlike everyone else, I'm a little more worried about Backbone's involvement than Minter's. Since the game already exists, though, they shouldn't be able to turn it into a pile of mediocrity to go along with most of their Capcom XBLA projects. I hope not, at least.

This looks to be a straight port, near as I can tell. While Backbone is a bit hit and miss, so long as they don't mess with anything it will be fantastic.

I managed to get Vs. games in the first day I got on it DS, but now the tumbleweeds are rolling everytime I try to connect. Hopefully XBL will fix this.

I played it once on PSP and it just felt like we were playing SP. Like I said, it was just once, so I don't know if the strategy changes much

It's only 500 WP but according to a poster on the IGN page for it, that only gets you the first two levels...
