Well whadaya know... the US gets one of those spiffy Limited Edition video game boxed sets...

The U.S. will finally get some special edition love this Fall. TDK will release a Robetech: Battlecry Collector's Edition Package on September 24th. The package will include the new PS2 title, t-shirt, keepsake box, soundtrack, art cards, lenticular motion card, and numbered dog tag for $79.99. Online retailer EBgames.com is currently taking pre-orders for the package.

Anyhoo, I think it sounds pretty damn nifty, but an extra $30 seems too much for what you're getting, I mean the only thing I'm even slightly interested in is the soundtrack...

That game should be nice, and I'm probably gonna get the SE on principle alone, since if we all buy this, hopefully we'll get more SEs in the future. (MGS2:Substance would be a great idea for one...)
