I have to give credit to the Mets, they are red hot right now. I was at Shea for that crazy loss to the Phillies, but I'm glad I missed the following games, their offense is in the crapper right now and they are spoiling great pitching efforts. Jamie Moyer especially, that man is an artist to be pitching like that. I have to believe the Mets will cool down and all 3 teams will be close in Sept. I wouldn't want to miss more Yoshi gloating

Delgado looks like he has resurrected his career much like Burrell did last year. Good for him. I don't expect that bullpen to hold up though...

P.S. - How did the Yankees rob the Pirates like that so easily? The Pirates are notorious in asking for way too much for their players.

I cringed when I read that. It's an improvement for the Dodgers, but it's fairly obvious Colletti is a dumbass.

I appreciate what Fernando Tatis, Endy Chavez,...etc..are doing but please get a good corner outfielder Omar. The magic with the super subs won't last too long and who the hell knows how Ryan Church will feel when he's ready to play. I would also like Duaner Sanchez to record an out in the 9th inning. Set that lofty goal dirty!

WOW...well this is some pretty damn good news to wake up to. I'm glad the Dodgers didn't have to give up any of their major league ready talent to get him either.

Now, here's hoping the Dodgers can flip Andy LaRoche or Blake Dewitt for a starting pitcher, closer, shortstop, or whatever they can get.
