Casey Blake is starting tonight for the Dodgers. Hopefully he will be a vast improvement over Andy LaRoche and Blake Dewitt...

Oh...and Andre Ethier is on the bench in favor of Juan Pierre and Andruw Jones again. JOE TORRE FUCKING SUCKS!!

Johan Santana pitches a complete game which is what the Mets bullpen needed big time after yesterday's 14 inning loss. Johan almost hit a homer too. He looks pretty comfortable with the bat. Nice thing about the win is that it comes after a tough loss. Tells me alot about the team now. Delgado continues to rake the ball, Tatis keeps on hitting and Reyes is also red hot.

It seems the Red Sox and Manny will part ways after this season, so who do they go after this offseason to take his place? Make a run at Matt Holliday, who the Rockies will probably move because they can't re-sign him? Pat the Bat, a FA after this season? Try and get Matt Kemp from the Dodgers?

Out of those 3 I'd want Kemp the most. I don't trust Holliday out of Coors for the money he's going to get and Pat the bat I just don't trust at all. Ideally, I'd have liked to pick up Manny's option for next year, and address his loss in 2009since there isn't much on the market this year. Seems like that's not going to be an option.
