A wise man once said, "you can do sidebends or situps, but please don't lose that butt". Take heed Anne!

Anyhow, here we go with Friday in PaCrappatown. I cut it back from the original 55 photos and it will still be fairly boring. Let's start at the beginning. Every day I wake up and look at the internet for about a half an hour. Here's the nerve center:

After I'm actually awake I do a somewhat lengthy routine of exercise which I currently follow up with some physical therapy stuff for my neck. Here's a sidepull:

Next the dogs. Jade Marco and Linda, ready to roll:

I live in a part of town called Magnolia. Most that have been here will probably think Richie Rich in a mansion on the hill. Well I live down on the flats across the street from the railroad tracks. Below the tracks is Interbay, where the dogs can play. I welcome you:

Hobo spot #1. The bums use this area to access the train tracks and before the man trimmed the lower branches off that pine tree they'd sleep under it. The kind of humans that call the cops over three pitbulls being off leash do not go here.

We are now on Commodore Way, main artery of Interbay. The left side of the street is on the water and most all of the businesses on the left are marine oriented. I mostly included this pic because the pink and the white trees are all the color you get on the East end of Commodore Way.

    Yes, Marco is worldwide:

Here's the back window of Soldano Custom Amplification. I called to see if anybody was there to wave at us from the window but it was only 9:30am.

In an area like Interbay you will see alot of graffiti. Alot of really shitty graffiti. Here's the only piece not found on a train that looks remotely clean. Scale's got potential imo:

I can't walk past the GAWBC without snapping a pic. Katina's Kitchen is the best greasy spoon I've ever been to. If you like alot of nudie books then Midnite Mart is the place for you.

Getting back home now. My house is the little brick one on the left with the green railings.

    See?

I took alot of jiu jitsu pix but I narrowed it down to this one because it accurately depicts the typical Friday morning atmosphere. Mamazinho painted that stuff on the wall himself.

After class it's time for pho. I don't normally get tofu but it's kind of impossible to communicate with most of the staff and since it had everything else that I did want (chicken and mushrooms), I didn't complain. Before and after shots.

    YUM!

Physical therapy appointment being cancelled I had started to plan for another dog walk but it was hailing like a mofo when we left pho. So I started practicing some guitar on the my little Kustom.

After about 45 minutes the sun came back so DOUBLE DOG WALK! We went a few blocks up the hill this time to the secret ravine. This is right in the middle of an upper-middle class neighborhood. The terrible trio is parked, awaiting the signal.

    Okay, they got the signal:

    Secret Ravines RULE:

Jade grinds on a log in the ravine:

Next stop, baseball diamond at Lawton Park.

Another log for Jade to tear up.

I don't know what this plant is but it's my favorite one on the way home from the park.

So the trainer dude wanted to do physical evaluations at the academy instead of the boathouse so here's another pic of the academy, this time with kettlebells! Mamazinho also painted that triangle thingy and Micah's name on the wall himself.

    Leftover tape glasses:

The only reason this guy is in this thread is because he used to train with Kidnemo and now he trains with me. Jiu jitsu brings people together!!!

Crimini! It started snowing pretty good while we were up there recording our vertical leaps 'n shit.

Get the protein! That is a taco made of tuna that my chiropractor caught, eggs, garlic, onions and peanut butter. On a whole grain tortilla.

    On the road:

It being Friday night with no rock shows that seemd appealing I decided to visit Big Sound and roll out the big amps to make a little rock of my own.

Here's a random unnecessary pic of the control room too:

After that I went to some friends' and watched House Party 2 and an episode of MXC. This little pitbull is their dog Sally, my dog Linda's best friend.

Pretty typical day. I'd normally have physical therapy so there'd only be one dog walk and the evening workout would normally be at the boathouse and there's generally a pretty good likelihood that I'd be at a rock 'n roll show on any given Friday night, but this is still representative of my life.

  9. I was going to do this on Friday but the majority of my day was spent on the couch. So I did Saturday...

7:30 am - I wake up in this clusterfuck of a room...

7:45 am - Drag my ass downstairs to the kitchen and grab my wakeup juice...

8:00 am - Down my wakeup juice and check my e-mail

8:10 am - Shower and whatnot

8:30 am - I'm ready to leave and the wakeup juice has taken effect

8:45 am - Grabbed a chicken breakfast burrito at Chick-fil-A

9:15 to 1:30 - Picked up my buddy and hit the flea market, some yard sales and a Meijer that was going out of business. A lot of the pics I took here didn't come out right.

1:45 pm - Picked up my pull from the comic shop.

2:00 pm - Arrived at work

2:30 to 8:00 pm - Watched movies and TNLed instead of actually working.

    8:30 pm - Friend's b-day dinner at BD's Mongolian BBQ

12:00 am - Taking my good-night dump and reading a few chapters of Red Dwarf.

Now that I look at it all laid out there Saturday wasn't all that much more interesting than Friday.

  10. Chick Fil-A rears its ugly head again! I still need to try the chicken and egg breakfast action but that chain just doesn't exist up here.

I also need to try one of those Mongoloid Grills too.
