Put the ST-Key in, boot the system, when it takes you to the main system menu, select play application or whatever, then as soon as the screen turns black after thant, before the SEGA logo pops up, swap the carts as fast as possible.

Thats all the advice I can really give, but yeah, it will kill your cart slot pretty soon if you do it alot.
