Rockman No Constancy.

Something I found a few weeks ago. Fun little hack of Rockman 2. Well, it's more than a hack. It's Rockman 2.5. Only things that are "constant" are the story, the opening, and the actual bosses and what they do. Their weapons, their stages, their theme songs... they're all different. The bosses even got a color change.

All the songs are remixes of other game songs. I hear Capcom, SNK, and Touhou songs (I think I hear a KH one somewhere) at the moment. I'm not sure what every single theme is, but quite a few are blatently obvious, and quite a few are familiar. It's like a huge "name that tune"; have fun trying to guess them all.

Because the creator's name is "IKA", I suspect he may have helped with Rockman 7 FC. He or she may have used pxtone (a sound-making program by Pixel) to make or draft the music in this.

Here's the .zip with the two IPS patches. Yes, there's a Normal and Hard mode. Have fun with this and enjoy yourself! Be attitude for gains.
