Yeah, but what about Mr. I'm going to change lanes in the middle of the highway without even looking to the side. Or I'm Mr. Cocksucker who gets in the lane that says "No trucks" and goes 55. Or Mr. Dingledick who insists on pulling out in front of you just to get stuck at a stop sign on a hill and take a full FUCKING 2 minutes to get up to 40?
