Maybe it'll be a live-action remake of Beavis and Butthead do America.
"Chuy, you're going to have a magical life. Because no matter where you go, it's always going to be better than Tucson."
WARNING: This post may contain violent and disturbing images.
I remember what the Onion said about it: "Show About Idiots Who Watch MTV Big Hit Amongst Idiots Who Watch MTV." The fact that this statement is correct is why Beavis and Butt-head is genius.
Also, I loved the movie.
Besides, Judge is a funny guy who hasn't forgotten his roots, based on his co-producing The Animation Show (even though his submission was lazy, I think it was also kinda humbling). I say, bring this movie on.
I didn't like the movie all that much. I didn't think it was funny at all. I wasn't mad that I rented though just a bit disappointed. Most likely have the same feeling with this movie. John heder does that F'ed up mouth that butthead had. Why was his name butthead though wtf?
Send me your email if you have Real ID or your BattleTag I'm always online playing Blizzard games.
I think my main issue with the movie was it's main point, that the future looks like it has been vomited on by tacky-ass advertising (while remaining eerily close to the present day).
That said, the movie had zero appeal whatsoever. I couldn't relate to the protagonist at all.
Any episodes that focus on the "family" theme of the show are awesome.
Try "Chalky Trouble", "School Days Fool Days", and the one from season three about Early's other illegitimate son. Unknown Hinson rocks ass on that show.
I think the point was really that if we don't value education, science, and intellectual discourse as a society, we'll slide backwards. Which HAS happened before in the course of human history (middle ages) and may happen again. The specific imagery beyond that was chosen because it's funny, nothing more. And it was funny.
