I weighed myself and I still weigh 153. I didn't workout as much this week since I was on vacation, but I did walk around a lot in hot ass weather. I ate pretty good, my friend has wheat and lactose allergies so I ate at a lot of whole foods places and vegan places. I ate a ton of sushi too. Plus, Aunt Flo is visiting so I am sure I am retaining some fluid.
I went back to the gym yesterday but I could only do 25 min instead of 45, I will try to get back to 45 when I go back today. I probably won't incorporate my strength training back until next week.
