Thread: Sleep Aids

  1. Last year I went from waking up at 3pm to waking up at 6am by doing what I said earlier. Took about 2 weeks for my body to get completely into that rhythm, but now I don't even need to set an alarm.

  2. I finally read the title as Sleep AIDS.

On the way to the stock exchange

I've been told they just slow down your thinking process so that your brain isn't thinking a billion things while you're trying to sleep. Any help?

I just posted about them in that other thread.

Do this for a week or two and you'll end up ok. Seriously! IF I can do it, anyone can.

  7. Yeah, I have to say that I agree with Josh. Been taking a 3mg of Melatonin and various "sleepy time" teas (w/chamomile, valerian, etc...) and have little trouble falling and staying asleep. Best sleep I've had in years. I used to stay up forever and get up early.
