Yeah, but the classic controller crushes any other dpad out there. That's the best reason to get the Wii version imo.

Not if they force you to use the B and A positions as B and A like it does for NES games on VC. Nintendo just doesn't get it. They didn't on DS and they don't on Wii. There's a reason that Y and B were used on SNES.

  7. I want them to get the MM2 music guy back. Or even 3. Maybe 1

Fuck I just want songs from Mega Man 2 in there. Especially Dr. Wily Stage 1. You hear that shit and it doesn't matter how hard its been or how hard its about to get, your ass is finishing the goddamn game because that song says so.

  9. i can see them releasing a "complete" version with all the dlc later...or maybe not.

i don't know why you would want the old music in there. maybe it'd be a nice option to have a selection of the older music to play on any stage, but i totally welcome any new music to the already huge and varied megaman music library. also jesus christ mm4 had amazing music, too !

You're going to get the same experience on every version overall, but those that want to sit down and critique the truly minimal differences between the builds will find that the emulation between the three versions is going to differ ever so slightly. The Wii version has more of the 8-bit look overall to it, but that also means there are harder edges, and a more pronounced "blocky" look.
This has me worried. I found the Megaman Anniversary Collection to be unplayable thanks to the subtle resolution differences, but I despise the Wii's minuscule space for games. This is one case where those flamebaiting comparison features really would be welcomed.
