bbobb's right, the DLC is pure bullshit. Charge more, don't nickel & dime the customer to death with features that are part of the game but just need a DLC key to unlock.

I have yet to pick it up, but will probably wait for the PS3 version. Yeah, XBLA's leaderboards for Endless would be perfect, but the d-pad sucks so much I can't imagine playing a game like this with it. I don't feel like clearing off space on my Wii's storage, so the PS3 wins.

If this was a retail title, all those DLC modes would have been available either from the start or unlocked after you accomplished some things. You know how I know this? Because Capcom already did it with Mega Man: Powered Up. And they eventually gave Protoman away for FREE in that game too! The DLC is a rip-off that is already programmed and should have been included with the game instead of deliberately being held off as an add-on. Price is not the issue. If you buy the DLC, you're telling Capcom that it's okay to do this, and encourage them to continue doing it in future titles.

It's another glaring example of the Japanese not fully grasping DLC, although it's not as bad as Sega selling you codes to unlock clothing that already existed in the Virtua Fighter 5 disc (and don't get me started with Namco).

I'd pay the full amount up front for this game, it's that good. I just don't like how they're handling it.

I understand $20 might not get them as many sales, but shit at least you know you've got the whole fucking game then.

I was just playing Mega Man 2 with the 360 pad the other day and had no problems with it.

I avoid microtransaction bullshit on principle. It shows such a blatant lack of respect for the people who buy the product in the first place. Charge a little extra but include everything pls.

At least we still have Valve, Blizzard, CDProjekt, Stardock, etc.
