It has Anjelica Huston as the mom. Sam Rockwell as the main character(I've seen him randomly in films and such). Also had Kelly Macdonald who I recognize as the jail bait girlie from Trainspotting...OMG wondered what happened to her.

I remember a part in the book where the doctor is flossing old people's teeth and bits of blood and food are flying out all over her while she's casually talking to the main character. I wonder if that'll be in the movie.
