You're not missing much. Because of friends, I've seen Saw II and the first Hostel. Both were terrible. Hostel is moreso a softcore porn followed by some vaguely violent scenes. Saw II wasn't even suspenseful.
I have seen Sleepaway Camp, however.
So much ****ing semen.
Saw 2 is the worst of them. it was a shoehorn project like Super Mario Bros. 2. the other three hold together pretty well.

Saw sucks ass but they always have awesome movie posters.

The first Saw struck me as a poor mans Seven, but it wasn't horrible. The second however was stunningly bad, you have to try and make a film as stupid as that. I've never felt inspired to watch any of the others after that fiasco.
