About 70% of my television viewing is Discovery Channel. I think I've seen every single episode of Dirty Jobs and Deadliest Catch.
I used to be big up on my network shows, but then I didn't have cable for a year and stoped watching. I dont even know whats on Adult Swim or any primetime slot anymore. Although I did recently discover Frisky Dingo. It is good.
