What the fuck, when did this get made into a movie?
The scene in the Thing with the difibulator was the first thing I thought of when I saw this thread. Also Roy's speech at the end of Blade Runner was just so bad ass.
Also the scene in Terminator when the charred metal skeleton rips through the wrecked tanker. If you weren't screaming YES at the movie durring this scene I doubt your humanity. The scene where the T-1000 reforms after bursting into a million chunks of ice gets a runner up though.
Also one of my all time favorites is at the end of Predator when he flips open his wrist band at it starts counting down. And you just hear his horrible grunting laugh. Priceless.

Anyone who's looked at my xbox bio knows how much I love They live. I can't find it but the scene where the girl finds out she's fucking the alien needs to win some kind of medal.

The scene I like in T2 was when Arnie climbed the semi, and shot the T1000 in the chest with the machine gun point blank.

Movies don't get any more suspenseful than that. Just. Fucking awesome. Or maybe the very end of the movie. It's really satisfying.
