Looks pretty meh to me. The extra modes are interesting but the shitty lifeless 3D isn't doing much for me.
Doesn't help that R-Type is pretty boring in the first place, but I may grab this if it's cheap for nostalgia reasons.

They had to reverse engineer the original arcade ROM to properly build this new rendition. It plays identically to the source material but the graphics obviously have a new coat of paint. There's some new footage here and so far I'm pretty happy with how R-Type Dimensions looks.
