I saw the preview for this before Pineapple Express. Looks interesting. I hope it's a fair portrayal. That would be more interesting to me than another 'LOL @ Bush' movie. I hope it won't feel like one big, long SNL skit.

Doc says hi."I want a fair, true portrait of the man. How did Bush go from an alcoholic bum to the most powerful figure in the world? It's like Frank Capra territory on one hand, but I'll also cover the demons in his private life, his bouts with his dad and his conversion to Christianity, which explains a lot of where he is coming from. It includes his belief that God personally chose him to be president of the United States, and his coming into his own with the stunning, preemptive attack on Iraq. It will contain surprises for Bush supporters and his detractors."

I think it has the makings of a legitimately good movie. It seems like almost a Spaceballs: The Movie approach to a bio-pic, though, depicting events that are still going on.
Sample Bush/Cheney Dialouge:
What the hell am I looking at? When does this happen in the movie?
CoNow. You're looking at now sir. Everything that happens now, is happening now.
What happened to then?
We passed then.
When?
Just now. We're at now, now.
Go back to then!
When?
Now.
Now?
Now!
I can't.
Why?
We missed it.
When?
Just now.
When will then be now?
Soon.

Hi Doc!
I watched the trailer on YouTube the other week. I seriously thought it was a spoof until I noticed some name actors playing roles. I'm not sure which is scarier: a movie about W. or Stone making yet another presidential film.
Oliver Stone needs to be shot out of a fucking cannon.
We're through the looking glass, people.
