Random thugs attack Batman all the time, it's why he's always punching them. I don't see the problem.

Either way, spending an entire game running away from Batman doesn't sound like any fun.

Batman for the NES was awesome back then and still awesome today.

The Game Boy version was excellent as well. They even threw in a couple of Batwing shoot 'em up levels.
