    You have to let it drain too or it will be bitter. I mean, it's not a WHOLE lot of work which is why I do it on occasion. It is definitely something I would make on a Sunday.

    That is a good idea! You can fry up damn near any leftovers in some rice and it's awesome.

  8. Eggplant ain't so bad. Just slice it, season it, let it sit for 30 minutes and the make moussaka.

    Oh god it's been a while since i've made moussaka.

  9. I was feeling under the weather this morning so I decided to cook up a big breakfast. Both of my poached eggs turned out perfect!

  10. That's beautiful. There aren't many things I find more attractive on a plate or more delicious than runny yolks.
