I'm pan braising shoat ribs in shiraz, garlic, onion, lemon juice and honey.
Boo, Hiss.
Wrong. Every Tuesday I'm dipping my wings & fries in ranch at B-Dubs with my boys while I down lots of $1 PBRs.

Thin sliced eggplant, basil, savory, garlic, pine nuts, onion and mushroom with a bit of tomato sauce and fake Italian sausage (crumbled).
Toasted pine nuts in olive oil first with the garlic and onions. Took the onions out put the sausage in, took the sausage out put the eggplant in then put everything else in, covered for 10 minutes on low. Ate with a salad and a side of spaghetti.
It came out really good.
I made some blueberry almond muffins from scratch for my work center. They are damn good. I think I am going to make some cranberry scones tomorrow.
I bought a slim jim today on my ride back from Cincinnati....
You guys have some serious talent, you all impress me.
I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
He won't give me the recipe right now because he's being a douche and starting a food blog with all of his shit and experiments on it. But I'll get it out of him. I think it's going to be called deepfriedblog or something.
Different regions, maybe? Just straight sour cream, salsa or guacamole on it. I never eat ranch on fries. Just ketchup for me or plain for me. Some people put mayo on their fries, too. But I'm Canadian so that might be a frenchy thing up here. I'm not a fan of straight up creamy stuff other than sour cream unless it has something thick and strong to offset the denseness. So like a wing with BBQ or hotsauce is perfect because one is cool and the other is hot.
Doesn't gross me out or anything though, like Advocate. Just foreign and strange.
