Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. I keep getting into these boss fights with tons of HP and my entire party drops within 40 seconds.

I should have done that too. Hell, I still might. I think it's switchable, despite being 50 hours in.

BTW, I can't tell you how many bosses I basically solo'd after the other two idiots blew their mana and died.

Party members definitely blow through their MP at the weirdest times. You can cancel their stupidity if you switch over to controlling them for a second and set them up with an action to perform before switching back. You can do it pretty quickly after just a little while of getting the feel for it. I understand where you guys are coming from with the complaints because I had them myself, but after a little adjusting I had no problem with much of it at all. Also just about every major fight has a save/refill point like right before it. Lots of times you can clear the area then just refill and save right before you hit the boss. And if you're not using All Out Defense and All Out Offense in conjunction then you're fucked, even if the AI uses that as a suggestion instead of a command sometimes. Just remember they wont heal you during either of those cooldowns, so you'll have to heal with who you're using or switch. I probably died about 9 times during the main story, and only once or twice since (the enemies are trickier afterwards). But with the very lenient save system you shouldn't even have to worry about dying too much.

Postgame activities are even more engaging to me than the base stuff, I'm about to hit 70 hours.

Got my German version today. The book is fucking fantastic. Also I was happy to find that the DLC codes work in the UK store so I don't have to create another psn account

Played a little bit. Holy fuck is the beginning depressing as hell. Also have the Japanese voices on and drippy's kansaiben is hard as fuck all to understand

There was one weird translation thing I found so far too. For some reason Oliver's friend in the beginning is named Phil but his name in Japanese is Mark. No idea why they would have changed that

No because he never had the name of Phil till the translation team made that his name. It really makes no sense at all
