    Whoa, they really sent it:

HA! HA! I AM USING THE INTERNET!!1
    My Backloggery

  2. I just got one, too!

Got kinda angry when I saw a Digital River receipt in the box. Those assholes still owe me $10.

i played this for about an hour last night and now i know what you're saying. Like the first 15 minutes is wandering around Whitesville, complete with invisible walls to keep out the coloreds, and then the next 30 minutes is Drippy running his god damn mouth about sticks and stupid nicknames and shit i don't care about. In the Japanese version they say "ni no kuni" at least twice every time a character opens his mouth.

  4. It reminds me a little bit of Lunar, like in a nice way. I'm a little afraid it'll turn into an Eternal Sonata experience. I'm going to be really upset if that happens...

  5. I don't dig the combat so much, but the visuals and music and story are keeping me. They could play Ed Schultz clips in place of the battles and I would still stick around for everything else.

You're afraid it will turn awesome?

I don't know if it's the music or the character designs or what, but it really reminds me of Tengai Makyou as well. It's definitely very nostalgic despite the amazing presentation.

  7. Yeah, the colors are really Tengai Makyou.

    Stole my response!

I've only put a couple hours in, but was reminded of ol' Trusty Bell more than once. If PS3 version had trophies I'd replay it.
