I have seen all of these are they are good picks. As for some others, Flowers of Flesh and Blood is a good one, if even just to see the gore. Man Bites Dog is a pretty good serial killer flick and it's sometimes funny as well. Watch Re-Animator next, that movie is fucking awesome.
If you want something Argento, why not Zombi? Then you get Romero, Argento, and Goblin combined.
Off the top of my head, I would say you need the k-horror awesomeness of A Tale of Two Sisters.
Event Horizon.
Everytime I try and watch Suspiria I fall asleep.
My thoughts.
Ju-On is much better than the almost identical American remake. What makes it better is that fact that, well, it's not an American film.
House of Wax is good. Plus Charles Bronson is in it.
Hostel wasn't that great.
Audition was decent but not one of my favorite Miike films.
Fright Night is good. I actually got to see the 35 mm print of this over the weekend. Made it an even better watch.
Last House on the Left ranks in my top 10 of all time fave horror films. The brutality that is given out through the whole film is unbelievable.
Ju-Rei is a better J-Horror film than Ju-On.
Also Chakushin Ari (One Missed Call) - the japanese version, not that atrocity that was the american remake.
