  3. I feel about as good now as I did at 21.I have only put on 10 pounds since then, and I still have pretty good endurance (sports and sex).The only big thing that gets me is the day after working out, I feel like shit for about 4 hours.

  5. LOL, every other day. I have a bad shoulder, a bad ankle, and a bad elbow. I don't get fatigued "hurt" I get oww fuck you pain, pain.

  6. It's just muscle sores, and it's a good thing. If shows that your muscles were taxed. If you're not sore the day after a workout, you probably didn't work out hard enough or you're not changing up your workouts. "It hurts so good."

  7. Well yeah, that's a given. I get real bad pain in my ankle, as I broke it 3 times my sophomore year in college. The shoulder is a result of two rotator cuff surgeries, and the elbow has had 3 scopes. But they don't hinder me, they just yell a bit to remind me that I'm not getting into the NFL anytime soon.

  8. The age is showing, I have bad knees and can't play floor hockey anymore. Although I play softball on Monday nights and it takes till Thursday till they get better. It sucks.

    Plus I haven't clipped my pubes in awhile and I got some caught in my zipper after taking a piss at work, that sucked too.
