Tempted to do this too, the prospect of several games collecting dust seems less and less appealing as I get older.

I just watched the trailer for Ninja Blade. It's as if Ninja Gaiden and Devil May Cry had a baby. It seems like my type of game because of how over-the-top the action looks (missile surfing included!), but the character design just looks so shitty.

At gametrailers they have a video of otomodius (SP?) the new Parodius game for XBLA. I'm too lazy to look for the link. If this is true I will shit.

Otomedius Gorgeous XBLA was confirmed a while ago. The most recent thing I heard is that the release date changed from whatever it was to TBA.

Konami is making some super-expensive stick specifically for the port (of which PA is pre-sold out, among other places I imagine).

VF5 is garbage. Utterly bug ridden and inconsistent hit boxes....it was a failure. R is better but still has its share of game balance problems.

I was thinking about making a clause saying that you specifically were the only person on TNL allowed to disagree.

Out of curiousity, what do you think of Evo versus FT and FT versus R?

I believe you can change the region coding on an ISO using some software similar to how Saturn piracy works. Playing copied games require some DVD drive firmware hack. I'm not well-versed in 360 mods so someone else could probably give you a better answer.

you can't modify the region of a game without making it unplayable because of the encrypted data in the iso (though games more often than not are region free or are a mish-mash of different regions), but the rest of that statement is true
