Even if you did. I've played both versions back to back to back, the PS3 version is better.
I haven't noticed anything either and I'm a former tournament player. The first thing I notice is if a game plays differently.

Furthermore, I think what he's talking about is the cover used to mask lag in the game which the PS3 version also has. If you had anyone else to play with you'd realize this.

If you've only played online then you might've mistaken the frame skips for latency because that's what it looks like. But if you play offline, you get the same hiccups--like on the character select screen and at the start of every match. You get it throughout gameplay at moments when lots of stuff is happening. Again, if you're playing online it basically blends in with the way the game handles latency. Which makes me wonder if the issue isn't related to the way the game handles online latency.

But I was referring specifically to playing MvC2. The online is no better on 360.
