Goemon's Great Adventure my favorite N64 title!

Goemon's Great Adventure is one of the greatest games on the N64 I bought it the day it came out and the different forms of gameplay is amazing. Besides the great platfoming which can get quite difficult is the Robot Battles, those are so fun tossing the Batton while fighting a huge mech-type boss or the multiple punches you can throw, crazy stuff The Robot battles are a game in itself. The rpg elements and side quest make the game so much more enjoyable.

    SPOILERS***************************************************

The game doesn't end after you beat it there are more secrets and levels to be found and having to talk to a kid on the phone and make the right choices is so cool.

    End SPOILER************************************************

Highly Reccomended if you like platformers.

  2. the whole series is awesome..

and i just wanted to add that the N64 kicks ass!

  3. YEAH!! I really liked Goemon's Great Adventure. I beat it in one rental period though, that kinda sucks. Then again, I do recall that if you collect all of the cats you get another mode or soemthing. I should go buy that game

  4. Guess I'm the voice of negativity in this thread. I didn't like it one bit. i bought it for $10 based on all the positive reviews and left disappointed. On the good side, when my EB was doing its surplus sale, I traded Goemon for a playstation. Sweet deal.

  5. Cool! I picked up the 64 one last week for $3

Still haven't had a chance to play it yet.

    Damn you Max Payne!,

Sadly that is all I have to contribute to this thread

  8. I've played it through the second action stage, really a neat game that should be bumped up on my pile of shame along with the first N64 Goemon. *-neo
