I've tried 3 times to watch this, and I just can't get into it.
I'll give it a 4th, but after that, I quit.
Over the last few weeks I've been addicted to this series. I just finished up the fifth season yesterday, and my interest isn't waning a bit.
For those who haven't seen it, here's the premise:
Three friends, Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles are residents of Sunnyvale trailer park. They enlist themselves in grandiose crime schemes, usually fail and end up in jail. In between being in jail, though, they are making money, getting drunk, and constantly telling the ever-intoxicated supervisor Jim Lahey and his cheeseburger eating partner in crime Randy to fuck off.
While it doesn't sound like much, its faux-reality POV works really well. There's just something about it that makes me watch it show-after-show.

It's in its final season right now, and there is a Trailer Park Boys movie, too. I watched the first two seasons off and on, but never really got in to it. It was good, though. Funny.

I have relatives in Nova Scotia that live in one of the parks where they filmed the show.
My cousin got her tits signed by one of the actors and then got kicked off set for being a drunken mess.
We're all very proud of her.
I watched the first two seasons a couple years ago and really liked it. Definitely took a few episodes. At first I was like, wtf, this is awful. I'll go back eventually and finish 'em off.
I laughed harder maybe than ever before at the episode where Bubbles was stealing shopping carts after pushing them down that grassy hill. Bubbles taking off with another one while Ricky yells at him at the top of the hill because now it's his job to protect 'em. lol. And falling down the hill. Glorious.
[edit]: Damn, I guess Netflix stopped streaming them. Wanted to continue...

TPB is awesome. I remember watching the first couple of episodes was kind of weird. After that, I was completely fucking obsessed.
Can't wait to see where Swearnet takes them.
