What you failed to notice, is that is someones opinion. My opinion is different from the writer as well as others who may like it or dislike.
When I first got the phone, the OS was laggy, slow (mainly the accelerometer) and sometimes freezes (didnt experience this). That is what the link is referring to. RIM/Verizon has released a new OS upgrade today and it hell of a lot faster. Still bugs but corrected majority of the problem and speed and works better than when I first had it and when that article was posted.
People are quick to judge. Obviously nothing is ever perfect and there will be upgrades. But whatever. I'm happy with it and that is all that matters to me. So yes, I will have fun with it.

Possibly, although according to the CAG thread where I found the GH II deal (http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/...=206617&page=4), the guitars are also cheap (but used) at Gamestop. For a new one, this would probably be the lowest price.
