I wish Angry Birds were a little more strategic. It's pretty random whether you'll beat the level or not doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing.
Cut the Rope is the best iPhone game I own at this point. Great game, hope it gets more levels.

I bought Modern Combat 2 on the weekend because I was bored and was extremely surprised at how awesome the online multiplayer is. The controls took me a good hour to become proficient in (the Gyro assist is at first really off putting, but soon becomes second nature), but once they clicked I had a fucking great time. It completely apes Modern Warfare 2's persistant character thing, awarding XP for just about every action you do in game - kills, assists, flag pickups, caps, returns, headshots etc. Also, it's the only iPhone game I know of that manages to pull off 10 player online. Really really solid title, and multiplayer is worth the price alone.
Also, not a game, but worth mentioning, is the free Instagram. The best way to describe it is a mash up of Hipstamatic, Flickr and twitter. You take a photo, apply a filter (or not) upload it and it is added to your stream. You can follow other people and their photos will appear in your stream as well, where you can 'like' them or comment on them. It lets you link a Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Flickr and FourSquare accounts (the 4sq integration will actually check you into a place when you post the photo, if you choose to do so - which like a visual check-in, and therefore cool).
The only downside is there is no web interface, the entire system is contained within the app (which could be argued is a positive). The closest you can get to a web frontend is the share link the app posts to your social accounts, like this.

Update: What a fantastic game. I mean, I would have preferred a Castlevania game I haven't played before, but this is pretty awesome and I've dumped a ton of hours on it already.
Haha it's pretty bad but I like it. Kinda ugly and the puzzle game is almost puzzle fighter but not quite. Sometimes you just get roflstomped by even normal enemies.

You need to set up the big, big combos. I took out a boss with some crazy seven count combo. Crushed him in one shot.
