I can't imagine a precision game like GnG is any fun with the virtual d-pad.

My thoughts too, but apparently they did a decent job with the virtual D-pad.
FWIW IGN rated this a 7.7 and recommended it to old schoolers.
And last I saw it was listed at $2.99.
Curious choice by Capcom though, an all new GnG game (albeit dumbed down & short) and the platform of choice is the Iphone? Odd...
How about a DS version, or better yet like Capcom did with Bionic Commando Rearmed XBL.

Primarily because GnG would sell better on the DS, thus increasing the chances of another GnG game in the future.
Keeping my dim hopes alive of getting to play a new GnG game on the big screen.

As it was, the PSP game 3 years ago (which I bought just for UG&G) predictably sold like crap (only 50K in Japan) although I couldn't find any precise figures in America reports were it sold very poorly.

The problem with that logic is that there is zero evidence of a DS game ever reviving its series on a console. It just blemishes the series, because the DS is a piece of shit.

I was actually only saying that because it looks like complete and utter shit. After seeing games like Real Racing, Modern Warfare, and hell, even MGSTouch, that just looks terrible.

Also, I support good developers on the platform. All games I want to play, I pay for. I just don't pay for the shitty apps, like how this version of Mirror's Edge looks, which I wouldn't have purchased in the first place because of it being terrible looking.

Sorry for the newb question but there are a million different screen protectors for the iPhone so which one is best? I'm assuming just about any of the ones that are applied with static electricity are best, kind of like the DS and PSP screens?
