OpenFeint is slowly becoming the standard online platform for iPhone games. I loves it. It comes packed in with the games that support it, but the stand alone OF App is quite cool for managing your shit and finding new games.
As far as games go, I am utterly addicted to ReBounce
Hook Champ (which can sometimes take some time to click, but once it does...)
