The C64 app now has open feint for all you retro heads. Also Ghouls n Ghosts: Gold is 99 cents. Apparently they have added a "hard" mode now. Anyone have this? I just don't see it being too good on the phone....but for 99 cents I could bite.
I just stumbled across a neat lil game that I just had to pick up and I'm really enjoying it.

The video don't do it much justice, but this lil game of bliss is replacing my free sudoku app. The game is pretty much a pixel art version of sudoku. Top this off with some really cute music and you're in for some relaxing fun. I tried the demo and fell in love and picked up the full version...so give the demo/lite version a try!
Apparently this game slipped right under my radar and I nabbed the lite version since the full is GOD DAMN 10 BUCKS!?! WTF SQUARE-ENIX?!
Song Summoner
The concept of song summoner reminds me of my misspent teens playing the psx monster rancher and tirelessly making monsters from my cd collection. Now fast foward to the iphone age and square makes a game where you create characters from tracks on your iphone. Sounds right up my alley so I'll give the lite version a whirl soon and hope the full game drops in price if I like it.
Oh and also got the lite version of this and it looks pretty nice!
Meteor blitz
Lastly I find this to be a pretty nifty app, too bad I can't really use it since I don't have kids. But for those of you that do! Give this a looksie!
The game lets you load up some already preset parks from around the world and then you and your family kinda explore the park with various characters calling/telling you various points to check out by GPS. Also the game uses the iphone 3GS camera to show various pixies, creatures and other fable things running around in the world. Plus you can even take pics of the kids with em! Damn....now I should go work on making babies!
