Actually, Frank Calliendo did. He does a really good Barkley and spelled it out when he visited the set.

Mad World is by Platinum Games, which is ex-Capcom/Clover guys. Hopefully it's more 'Capcom' than 'Clover'. Clover was doo-doo butts.
