It was 100% in character which I think is what made it great. They didn't pussy out and have him go through this massive character change during the short time period that the game takes place.

I'm about 28 hours into Okami (ps2) and its incredible. It out Zeldas all of the 3D Zeldas, IMO. And, its fucking looong.
Rockband 2 is fun with friends, and not having played the first one, I'm just amazed by the quality and quantity of music in this game. I got part 1 through Gamefly so I could rip the songs, and then on friday we got drunk and went online and spent about 30 bucks buying more songs. So awesome.
Playing Final Fantasy 3 on the DS as my morning commute game. Its is pretty terrible - but it makes the train ride go fast in the morning. I'll probably ditch it after I finish it.
I stopped playing Okami at some point and never felt bad for not going back to it. Lots and lots of running to have fights that aren't worth a shit, IMO.
Playing Bionic Commando NES! Holy shit, no continues is rough. Especially when you juuuuuust can't make a jump.
Getting my son a 360 for christmas was a huge mistake. Now I'm playing games again, cause he scoffs at my minuscule gamerscore. Started replaying Burnout Revenge, Viva Pinata, and to get some easy achievements Lego Star Wars Complete Saga. I might have to take Avatar home as well.![]()
It's horrible for achievements, especially when you live in the sticks with no internet. I'm playing that one cause I actually enjoy it.
Yes that's a good game.
