I do, what if it was relinked from another site and billed as something innocuous like a Red Sox hate forum, then all the Yankees fans would be in prison. There's a lot of room here for shit to go wrong, and as a tactic, that's just the govt. being lazy. Rather than going after the child pornographers, they're hunting down people who may enjoy looking at a naked kid or two, sounds like a good plan, but there's an endless suply of them, not so many people, however are hosting or producing the stuff. That we agree on, this is stupid, there needs to be a statute of limitation set here, at least, because again, it could have been called anything when he downloaded it. Also, not reporting a crime in itself is not a crime, so they can't hold not reporting it to you. Isn't there something in the constitution about self incrimination?
